Mr. Kalmansohn has appeared on several occasions as a commentator on intellectual property rights on CNN’s “Burden of Proof,” and appeared in October 2002, and April and May 2004 on “Celebrity Justice.” Kalmansohn’s investigation and pro bono cases relating to the swindler of thousands of Holocaust survivors who faked his death was the subject of a nearly full-hour segment on Dateline NBC, aired on July 7, 2002, as well as a book written by Kalmansohn himself, entitled, “Nothing Is Too Late: The Hunt For A Holocaust Swindler” (Brassey’s Inc./Potomac May 2004); and a second edition called “The Hunt For A Holocaust Swindler” (Beverly Hills Publishing 2010), the subject of which was featured in a Dateline NBC segment in 2002 and an America’s Most Wanted segment in 2004.
